The backyard was renovated by adding block walls in 2014. Photovoltaic panels were added for both the house and ohana in 2013, new solar water heater replaced in 2011, all appliances in 2011, and new flooring in almost every room. The back deck was built with trex flooring that is supposed to last with no painting needed. The home was tented in 2/2004 and then again in 12/2010. I would suggest tenting on a regular basis. We would love to sell our home to someone who will enjoy the home as much as we have. The only reason we are selling is because our grandchildren are getting older and we are missing their childhood! We will miss Maui tremendously, but we don't want to miss another minute without being close to the kids and grandkids! The home is not perfect, but it has more than set the stage to making most of our dreams a reality! If we could only move this property, these views, and the climate back to PA, life would be absolutely perfect!!
